Amoeba Business Solutions was
established in January 2005. A primary
motivation for establishing the business
was to pool the collective expertise of
our principal consultants and focus it
on providing both internal and external
consulting to our customers in effecting
strategic changes to their business
processes and structures thus ensuring
that they remain dynamic, competitive
and able to grow in an ever more
challenging market place.
Business Purpose:
It is our purpose, through careful and
thorough analysis of our customer's
business processes and systems, to
develop and introduce, methodologies,
processes and products that will provide
the platform from which the above ideals
of strength and positive growth can be
achieved. We acknowledge that every
company has weaknesses and faces risks
of varying degrees, however in
concentrating energy into developing the
strong areas of the business it can
become quite feasible to engage with
risk areas using more positive
management methods than simply
discarding them.
Approach:
Words that get used
regularly in our business and which we
translate into everything that we do
are: anticipate, facilitate and
activate. Our business maxim is that in
order to realise ones dreams/ideas in
business (anticipate), they need to be
translated into viable business plans
that meet the capacity requirements for
current and future growth potential
(facilitate), that are then acted upon
and brought into reality (activate).
Driven by this principle,
our approach to working with our
customers to optimise their business
systems embraces both business
components and associated people
processes. Extensive research clearly
demonstrates that it really doesn't
matter how good the business process is
that is implemented, business or IT, if
one neglects the associated people
processes, or change management
component, the risk of the process
and/or business failing is great.
A Final Word:
It is important to say that we believe
that businesses today need to exist for
more than just their shareholders. They
need to exist for the average employee
and the communities in which they
function as well in order to develop
ongoing goodwill within the staff and
community which in turn will enhance the
growth potential of the business. To
this end we are committed to working in
conjunction with our customer's to
ensure that the processes and
methodologies that they embrace help to
achieve this end: strong, robust
companies that continue to prosper
whether economic conditions are good or
bad. |
